FOX Studios – Denver

The 200,000 square foot facility includes a 10,500 square foot sound recording studio, twelve individual editing suites, as well as other broadcasting, production, administration, and support facilities. The project contained several significant construction challenges including hazmat mitigation due to an old garbage dump, site dewatering during excavation, cold weather mitigation during construction, the requirement for “super flat” floors for robotic cameras, and noise reducing construction used for sound stations located next to a major city thoroughfare.
